Akak dah buat Atkins Diet lak sekarang. So far dah turun 3kg in 10 days. Hehee.. not bad at all..
Kalo rajin akak hapdet la menu ya. Very der sengal tahap kesibukan (chewahh.. konoonn.. sebenarnya 'tahap kemalasan' kan kan kan..)
