Sayur2nya ada laa setengah mangkuk je kot, tapi dressing dia bubuh punya la banyak sampai macam nak jadik kuah. Dah le bubuh dressing Thousand Island. Garden Salad pakai Thousand Island ke? Rasa macam salah jek.. Tapi akak malas la nak masuk character Pah Bedah kecoh2 kan, sebab dah lapar. Food pulak sampai lambat, kitorang dah la nak solat maghrib lak lepas tuh, so makan jek la apa yang ada. Sudahnya makan tu rasa Thousand Island jek, bukan rasa sayur, sampai akak kena ketepikan Thousand Island tuh mau 4-5 sudu besar gak kot. Melampau tul.

Raha pulak tanak makan Tuna Sandwich yg dia order sebab ada mayonis & cili sos. Haa tu satu lagik, Tuna Sandwich pakai sos cili kah? Tak pernah lak akak makan mana2 restoran sebelum ni diorang bubuh sos cili. Kalau nak, kena tambah sendiri. Rasa macam chef sebenar untuk restoran tu dah lari kot. Dulu takde macam tu pun rasanya. Tapi akak belasah jek la Tuna Sandwich tuh dan pau tomyam Abang beberapa sudu. Lengkali tanak makan kat situ dah!

Dan begitulah... agak kantoi di situ. Besok haruslah akak berpuasa ya..

- Salad Kentang & Chicken Meatball*

DINNER
-½ biji Oren, 3sb Nasi, Telur Dadar & Kentang+Ikan Bilis Goreng Kicap
-Water: 500ml

SUPPER
-RxLite
-Waer: 500ml

Total Water: 3.5 liter

*Resepi Salad Kentang & Chicken Meatball
1 biji kentang + 6 pcs Chicken Meatball - rebus & angkat. Mixed dengan 1sb mayonis, garam & lada sulah. Siap!!

Harap maklum, resepi ini bukanlah resepi sesuai untuk diet ya, walaupun namanya 'Salad' konon. Kalau makan hari2, rasanya gemuk jugak.. huhuhu.. Tapi disebabkan malas nak prepare proper lunch, akak eksperimen jek apa ada dalam peti sejuk.

Hari ni akak telah beli lagi 2 kotak RxLite, stok untuk sebulan dan terus jadi ahli gituhh. Jadi lepas ni kalau sesapa nak beli ngan akak, boleh jugak ya.. huhu
