Okay.. diet yang agak tak bersungguh nampaknya. It has been 35 days, and akak cuma lost 1 kg sahaja. RxLite pun banyak skip lately. So petang tadi akak beli kurma, dengan harapan start besok selama 10 hari nak makan kurma jek.. hahahah (ye laa tuh)

Pagi ni nampak penimbang, agak gerun nak naik setelah mentekedarah tak hengat 2 hari sudah. Tapi akak naik jugak.. huhu. Sib baik masih 84kg. Rasanya sakit perut itu telah menyumbang kepada pembuangan isi2 yang tidak perlu dan telah menghalang dari kenaikan semula berat badan. Huhu.. hari ni mari kita kembali kepada pemakanan yang munasabah. Also, need to increase water intake. Dah makin kurang lak minum air nih.
