Pagi ni nampak penimbang, agak gerun nak naik setelah mentekedarah tak hengat 2 hari sudah. Tapi akak naik jugak.. huhu. Sib baik masih 84kg. Rasanya sakit perut itu telah menyumbang kepada pembuangan isi2 yang tidak perlu dan telah menghalang dari kenaikan semula berat badan. Huhu.. hari ni mari kita kembali kepada pemakanan yang munasabah. Also, need to increase water intake. Dah makin kurang lak minum air nih.

Itu dia.. mentekedarah namanya. Tido malam tak lena sebab diserang sakit perut. Samada food poisoning tak tahan dengan gulai daging ataupun perut akak tergezut tetiba sumbat makanan banyak sangat hari ni.
