Okay.. diet yang agak tak bersungguh nampaknya. It has been 35 days, and akak cuma lost 1 kg sahaja. RxLite pun banyak skip lately. So petang tadi akak beli kurma, dengan harapan start besok selama 10 hari nak makan kurma jek.. hahahah (ye laa tuh)
