-4F1 + 2F3 + 35g Strawberry Quaker Oat + 400ml water
-5 small pcs chocolates
-Tea Mix: 500ml
-Water: 1 liter
DINNER
-4F1 + 1 sachet Nescafe Hi Calcium Milk + 400ml water
-Water: 1 liter
SUPPER
-3F1 + 300ml water
-Water: 1 liter
Total Water: 4 liter
Total Tea Mix: 1 liter
First time try letak quaker oat perisa strawberry lak dalam shake. Sedap gak! Actually, for better result, eloknya tak yah campur apa² dalam shake. Pakai air sejuk jek. Tapi akak cepat lapar balik la kalau tak campur apa². Nanti mula la rasa nak snacking. So, kalau amik shake for breakfast or lunch, kalau akak campur quaker oat, lama sikit ler rasa kenyang tuh.
Then for dinner tadi, saja letak serbuk nescafe plak. Sebenornya, tuh sample dapat berbulan² dulu dah. Dapat 2 paket, satu tu dah bancuh , cam tak best jek rasa dia. Tu pasal ler tinggal lagi satu paket tak usik². Terpikir lak nak letak dalam shake.. huhuhuu.. sedap bangett! Very creamy gituh.
